Blackheads

These are called kalakhoont in common parlance. They are caused when dirt, dust enters open pores of the skin. Don't press them out with hands, it can cause infection or can leave permanent scars. To remove the Blackheads clean your face with cotton and then give it steam. Take boiled water in a clean utensil. Bring your face over it which is covered with a towel. Cover the utensil of hot water with towel too. Now you can remove Blackheads with black head remover,

Soak a flock of cotton in astringent or skin tonic and apply it at the part which had Blackheads. Rub a piece of ice on the face afterwards so that spreaded pores shrink. If you have lot of blackheads on your skin, apply astringent on the face everyday. It opens the pores and cleanses them.

Put a face pack on, after removing the Blackheads. As they develop on the oily skin, so take in such a food which doesn’t have ghee and oil.

Prepare a paste of a face pack of Fuller's earth with few drops of astringent or skin tonic, rose water and water. Apply the readymade or this home made pack on complete face, except lips and portion of the eyes. Wash the face with fresh water when it is dry. Keep cotton soaked in water or rose water, on eyes so that face pack does not touch your eyes.

Wash your face with a good soap and warm water 3-4 times everyday This way oiliness of your face will be cleaned. Such kind of people must not use cream.

Apply oil free foundation before you apply powder at the time of make up.

Use medicated soap on the fact and massage it in round motions. Soak a towel in hot water and rub it on the Blackheads. This way Blackheads don't spread on the face and if there are some, they will be cleaned. Use cosmetics sparingly on the face, having blackheads, but still better you don't apply them, at all.
